Institutional Mandate

Institutional research platform for exposure science

Vietnam Exposome Initiative provides the scientific infrastructure, open datasets, and interdisciplinary framework required to evaluate environmental, occupational, and lifestyle risk factors across Vietnamese populations.

Founding Purpose

Data translation for population health

Established under VietnamWellcare, the initiative operates as an independent research hub connecting epidemiological observations with localized exposure metrics. Our teams collect air, water, and soil measurements alongside longitudinal health records.

By unifying fragmented datasets from provincial monitoring stations and regional clinical studies, we enable evidence-based risk assessment tailored to the unique socio-environmental conditions of Viet Nam.

Organizational Framework

Scientific governance and research ethics

The platform is guided by an independent Scientific Advisory Council comprising environmental health experts, biostatisticians, and public health leaders. Council members oversee research methodologies, validate computational pipelines, and prioritize high-impact research proposals across regional academic institutions.

All data collection protocols operate under stringent privacy frameworks and international ethical standards. Our open-access policy ensures that anonymized environmental risk indices and spatial exposure maps remain accessible to certified public health policy analysts.

Institutional scientific alignment

We invite university departments, research institutions, and international health bodies to submit joint research proposals or request dataset access.
